 News The ordination in Bishop for Spain and Portugal of the Rev. Arhim. Timotei Lauran Sunday, 25th of May 2008, in Alcala de Henares will be ordinated into Bishop Rev. Arhim. Timotei Lauran. Our parish was founded in 2000 with the blessing of our venerable Metropolitan Father Iosif, when Father Aurel Bunda started his missionary activity on these lands. On this website you will find the essential information related to the activities of our parish: the timetable of the offices, of the Sunaday school, the last news, a reach icon collection, a movie galery as well as a list of orthodox links. Due to the gratitude of Mr. Gigel Chiazna we offer here for download or streaming a rich collection of conferences and preaches taken from the site www.ortodoxmedia.ro From the beginnings of our parish we are hosted by the Romano-Catholic Parish Saint Ferran, Gran Via 406, Barcelone (in the very proximity of Placa Espana). We would like to thank to the Catholic Church, to the Saint Ferran Parish, ti his Priest Father Amador, for their valuable help during these difficult starting years. With the help of God we have bought a piece of land where we would like to build a Church in the Romanian traditional style. We are looking forward to receive your visit! |
